I earned the nickname Nightstand Matt from carrying a nightstand full of weights down 3 flights of stairs and 2 blocks. Only to find out the next day it was full of weights. The cursed thing nearly killed me.
In 2021 after over a decade of playing bass in many different bands most notably Sorrows Ruin (touring nationally and supporting big acts like Johnathan Davis, A Perfect Circle, Mushroomhead, Hed PE), I decided to launch my own solo effort, writing, producing, and performing both original music and songs inspired by my series of books End of Earth.
